As a mother of two young children and an avid Crossfit athlete, I was always tired. I didn't feel I was recovering, and I certainly was not achieving my peak performance, which I needed heading into the 2011 Crossfit Regionals. I consulted with a D.O. and a certified nutritionist who recommended PURE Encapsulations athletic nutrients.

Within days I noticed a dramatic increase in my energy level that powered me through the day and gave me tremendous energy before and after my workouts. I exceeded my expectations at Regionals, placing 1st in 4 of the 6 workouts and taking first overall. Eight weeks later, I placed 24th in the world at the Reebok Crossfit Games. In 2012, I placed 14th at the 2012 Reebok Crossfit Games and Pure Encapsulations continues to be a core part of my strategy.
