2. Magnesium (400-1000mg/day)
3. EPA/DHA (aka omega-3 fatty acids) (1-2 grams/day)
4. Vitamin D3 (2000 IU/day)
5. Probiotics (L-acidophilus, L-bifidus)
Additional anti-oxidant/ anti-inflammatory spices that could be added:
• Co-Enzyme Q10
• ALA (Alpha Linoleic Acid) (200-500 mg/day)
