Point of Care - Your first visit:

Your initial consultation with licensed acupuncturist, Annie Budhathoki, L.Ac., is the foundation for your road to better health. The initial exam and treatment will be 60-90 minutes. Your comprehensive evaluation includes an in-depth review of your current medical conditions and past medical history. We proceed with a physical exam using both Eastern & Western diagnostic methods including traditional tongue and pulse diagnosis. An individualized treatment plan will be formulated for you, discussed, and then implemented. Treatments typically last 45-60 minutes, which includes a combination of acupuncture and body centered therapies. Additionally, lifestyle counseling, nutritional & dietary recommendations, therapeutic exercises, and Chinese herbal medicine may be used adjunctively to optimize your full health potential.
