This company is the only supplement/vitamin company I use personally and recommend to my clients and friends.
If you are here you probable have experienced my sessions and want to increase the benefits. I recommend a good multivitamin, a digestive enzyme which also acts as anti-inflammatory effect on you body and a supplement for you muscles and joints.

I have been involved in the health and healing field since 1973, I moved to Boston, MA to attend natural food cooking school and apprentice as a chef. That year I studied yoga, acupressure and oriental philosophy as it applies to the 7 element school of balanced cooking using only organic and local produce grown according to biodynamic means.
