Dr. Jeanne O'Connell: M.D.

Dr. O’Connell, a native of Frederick, Maryland, together with her two sisters, founded Sylvana Institute in 2006. Sylvana Institute has expanded three times in the past 7 years. Sylvana Institute now includes a companion business, Restorasis Health at Sylvana Institute, which offers a weight loss program, natural hormone replacement therapy, and nutritional counseling. Additionally, Dr. O’Connell recently launched an international skin care product, 3 Sisters Restorasis. Dr. O’Connell has extensive experience in aesthetics as well as age management and functional medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Towson State University where she majored in Philosophy and Chemistry completed her Master’s Program in Medical Virology, and following in her father’s footsteps, received her Medical Doctorate from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. Dr. O’Connell completed her residency at The University of Maryland School of Medicine where she continues to serve as Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine. Dr. O’Connell continues to stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in aesthetic medicine as well as natural hormone replacement and serves as a resource for other physicians. She is a nationally certified physician trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox, Juvederm, and now Voluma!
