In the 1970’s, residing in the Boston area I experienced health challenges related to stress from dealing with the urban environment and processed food. In addition to practicing yoga, I learned that nutrition plays a very significant role in contributing to one’s overall health. I also learned that food is more effective when it’s nutritional profile is augmented by the regular addition of high quality supplements of vitamins and minerals that help offset the effects of soil depletion and environmental pollution.
