Phillip Milgram M.D.: Board Certified OB/GYN, Nutritionist and Integrative Medicine Specialist since 1980

Phillip M. Milgram M.D. is the Director of Medical Services at The LifeScore Clinic in La Jolla, California. He has dedicated his life to the service of others, and is first: a patient advocate. He is a force promoting Integrative Medicine and the early diagnosis of disease in his patients, and in the education of others and assisting his medical colleagues in the pursuit of enlightenment and collegiality. Dr. Milgram is dedicated to serve as a portal to the finest in disease prevention and cure. Dr. Milgram is a proponent and practitioner of what he calls “Enlightened Medicine” using all the evidence-based knowledge—Eastern/Western, Ancient/Future, evolving Technology, Allopathic and Alternative Medicine in the armamentarium of patient care. He believes that the early detection of disease and disease prevention are most important preventing disease before it causes tissue damage, and providing the body with what it requires to heal itself. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and re-certified in 2011, a Certified Prevention Specialist and member of, among many others: the American College of Preventive Medicine, American Nutraceutical Association, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and American Academy of Antiaging Medicine. Dr. Milgram graduated from Queens College, CUNY, received his Medical Degree from UAG Guadalajara and SUNY Stony Brook, and completed his OB/GYN Residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York.

Dr. Milgram founded A Lady’s Doctor Medical Clinic in 1980, the Southern California LASER Surgery Institute in 1984, Anti-Aging San Diego in 2004 and is the Medical Director of The LifeScore Clinic in La Jolla. He also is co-founder of The Society for Integrative Age Management Medicine (SIAMM), and founded the Weight Loss Centers of America. He was the medical editor of www.OnlyNaturesFinest.com a website dedicated to scrutiny of the value of representations of nutritional supplements and alternative medicine therapies, and is a medical consultant for Infinite Vitality and for the Eternity Medicine Institute. He is a former Assistant Clinical Professor and Clinical Instructor at the UCSD Medical Center, and has taught over 200 courses in LASER and advanced surgical techniques, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, prevention, and nutrition. In this capacity, Dr. Milgram was employed by many prominent surgical product manufacturers to teach utilization of advanced surgical instrumentation, and was on the faculty at the Houston Laser Institute. He has three Counseling degrees from UCSD, including Advanced Intervention. Dr. Milgram is a member of the attending staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla, and represents the Surgery Department at the Medical/Surgical Supervisory Committee at Promise Hospital of San Diego. He is the Medical Director of the Soledad House women’s recovery home, CEO of Medical HR LLC, and the President of the San Diego Chapter of SoPE, the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs.
