F.A.S. Train­ing Inc. is known for the hard-driving work­out devel­oped by its founder Frank Welling. Welling has been a com­bat ath­lete and stu­dent for the greater part of his life, and the train­ing style he grew up devel­op­ing is the core of the F.A.S. Train­ing sys­tem. The sys­tem has been tweaked and fine-tuned with the help of J.P. Van Alstyne. J.P.’s new and fresh ideas have helped F.A.S. Train­ing and its pro­gram. Our phi­los­o­phy and style are two of the main rea­sons why ath­letes from all sports grav­i­tate to the facil­ity.
